How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 4 to 9 business days. Allow 1 to 2 business days for processing, then 3 to 7 business days for delivery. Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday, begin processing the same day.

How much does shipping cost?

$5.99 flat under $100, free on orders $100 or more. Every order ships tracked via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also check at any time through our Track Order page.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery on unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Full details on our Returns & Refunds page.

Can I exchange my item for a different size or colour?

We don't run a direct exchange flow. If you'd like a different size or piece, return the original within 60 days and place a new order — it's faster and avoids waiting on a pending swap.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us right away at support@henrybennet.com with your order number and a photograph. We'll arrange a prepaid return and either send a replacement or refund the order in full — your choice.

Can I cancel my order?

Only if your order hasn't yet shipped. Email us as soon as possible at support@henrybennet.com with your order number and we'll cancel and refund in full.

How does the fit run?

Cut boxy and relaxed across the range — shirts, trousers, and shorts all sit with room rather than slim. If you're between sizes, size down. The linen is pre-washed, so what you get is what it stays.

How do I care for the linen?

Cold machine wash, hang to dry, press lightly while still damp. Each wash softens the linen a touch — it ages into something better than new. Don't bleach, don't tumble dry hot.
